RETURN POLICY

As an Eaton Trading Company customer, you are entitled to a Return or Exchange if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.  However, Eaton Trading Company reserves the right to refuse receipt of a Return or Exchange and deny a refund or store credit if it does not meet company policy requirements. All Returns and Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt for Store Credit only
   +Items purchased between 11/25 and 12/25 will be eligible for Return or Exchange up to 1/15

Returns and/or Exchange requests must contact Eaton Trading Company for approval. All you need to do is log into your account, click on My Account and follow these steps:

    1. Cick “My Account” at the top
    2. Click on “Completed Orders”
    3. Find the order and select “Return Item(s)”
    4. Select the Qty to Return
    5. At the bottom, fill out “Why are you returning these items?”
    6. Click “Submit Return Request"

Merchandise must be returned with the following:
     1. Original receipt, signed at the bottom
     2. All original plastic and tags attached to merchandise
     3. Unwashed and unaltered
     4. Include any original packaging (i.e. handbag dust bag)

Exchanges are subject to an additional return shipping fee of $10.00 if applicable

Exchanges must be processed through two (2) separate transactions
     1. A return and store credit of the original purchase for the item(s)
     2. A purchase of the desired merchandise
          **the purchase should not be made until approval for the exchange has been confirmed by Eaton Trading Company

If you have purchased an item from Eaton Trading Company and claim that there is an issue or defect, all you need to do is log into your account, click on My Account and submit a Return Request and under reason, select "Defect"

Eaton Trading Company will evaluate each defect claim based on the information provided above, and will additionally contact the brand to get their expert opinion. We want to make sure we have all available information which will allow us to provide as many options to the customer as possible

Please allow for up to two (2) weeks for your refund to be processed and/or up to two (2) billing cycles for it to appear on your credit card statement

Eaton Trading Company will accept a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise that has been marked down (not on promotion/sale) within 7 days of receipt.  Price difference will be issued in Store Credit. Price adjustments will follow Return and Exchange policy above

If you received a gift from Eaton Trading Company and would like to Return or Exchange an item, please follow Return and Exchange policy above

Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable

The return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon by Eaton Trading Company

Eaton Trading Company is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, therefore we suggest taking out the appropriate shipping insurance on any Return or Exchange

All "Sale" or "Discounted" or "Promotion" items are Final Sale

Final Sale means an item is not eligible for Return, Exchange or Price Adjustment

Jewelry, Boot Socks, and Sunglasses cannot be Returned or Exchanged and are Final Sale
